    The main objective of this Quality Management Systems Manager program is to enable students to implement, develop and improve a quality management system. To do this, they will acquire the necessary skills to:
    -    Identify the key processes of their company
    -    Apply the requirements of the ISO 9001 Standard
    -    Define an agile document system
    -    Establish an effective indicator system
    -    Monitor and improve the quality management system
    -    Use quality tools
    -    Perform internal audits of the management

    • Module 1: ISO 9001 Quality Management (I)
    • Module 2: ISO 9001 (II) Quality Management
    • Module 3: Process management and the indicator system
    • Module 4: Quality Management System Monitoring
    • Module 5: Results analysis and system improvement

    >IMPORTANT: This program must be completed in its entirety; there is no possibility of opting for single modules.

    EXAM: To obtain the degree, students must take a final exam (included in the price of the program).

    Module 1: ISO 9001 Quality Management (I)
    1. Quality in the current context. Quality and competitiveness.
    2. General concepts; definitions and vocabulary.
    3. Reference standards. The ISO 9000 family: evolution and changes.
    4. The principles of quality management.
    5. ISO 9001 - Requirements Analysis (I):
      • Context of the organization.
      • Leadership.
      • Planning.
      • Support.
    Module 2: ISO 9001 (II) Quality Management
    1. ISO 9001 - Requirements Analysis (II): Operation, Performance Evaluation and Improvement.
    2. The implementation of the system as a management project.
    3. Phases for implementation oriented to processes, risks, customers and continuous improvement.
    Module 3: Process Management and the System of Indicators
    1. Approach to management by processes and key factors.
    2. Typology of processes and flowcharts.
    3. Sequence and interaction: Process maps.
    4. Indicators: Characteristics, types and selection.
    5. Process measurement: Design of indicators for internal/external customers.
    6. Formalization: Calculation methods, metrics, thresholds, and control plans.
    7. Start-up: Validation, communication and decision-making.
    8. Process evaluation according to ISO 9001.
    9. Strategy and objectives: Critical Success Factors (CSF) and deployment.
    10. Management models (Balanced Scorecard, UNE 66175, EFQM).
    11. Process improvement and identification of critical processes.
    Module 4: Quality Management System Monitoring
    1. Conducting internal audits:
      • Definition, types and requirements of ISO 9001.
      • Management of the audit program.
      • Methodology: Planning, development and preparation of the report.
      • Criteria for the qualification of auditors.
    2. Management review of the management system.
    Module 5: Analysis of results and improvement of the system
    1. Data analysis (audits, satisfaction, tracking, etc.).
    2. The formula of quality as an element of improvement.
    3. Methodology for continuous improvement.
    4. Quality tools: Generate ideas, present information, process tracking, and project planning.
    5. Cost savings and increased profitability through continuous improvement.

    4. Se abrirá el formulario de preinscripción, donde deberás completar tus datos y, si eres responsable de formación de tu empresa, también los de los asistentes al curso.

    Sí, casi todos los cursos AENOR pueden bonificarse a través del sistema de la Fundación Estatal para la Formación en el Empleo (FUNDAE), siempre que se cumplan los requisitos de la Ley 30/2015 y el Real Decreto 694/2017.

  • ¿Cuándo recibiré mi certificado?

    Una vez finalices el curso, podrás descargar tu certificado directamente desde nuestro Campus Virtual.

    Si has realizado una formación con examen para la obtención de la Titulación Propia de AENOR, el certificado y la titulación estarán disponibles tras verificar que has superado la evalución final.

  • ¿Puedo inscribir a varios trabajadores en un curso?

    ¡Por supuesto! Si eres empresa y quieres inscribir a varios empleados en un curso, puedes hacerlo en un solo proceso de inscripción:

    1. Al iniciar el registro, selecciona la opción "Soy una empresa".
    2. Rellena los datos de la empresa y de la persona responsable.
    3. Acepta el Contrato de Encargado del Tratamiento.
    4. En la sección "Añadir alumnado", introduce los datos de todos los trabajadores de tu empresa que participarán en la formación.

    Beneficio extra: Si inscribes a más de un trabajador en la misma convocatoria, tu empresa recibirá un 15% de descuento a partir de la segunda inscripción.
